       Nutritional Supplements:

Initial Consultation: 45-60 minute duration

 

Aim: to gain as much information as we can about the characteristics of your problem and accurately diagnose your current condition.

  • Extensive History

  • Postural assessment

  • Physical and Functional Assessment including neurological and orthodpeic testing

  • Diagnosis and discussion

  • Treatment: This can involve soft tissue work, adjustments, mobilisation, dry needling, muscle release techniques and electrotherapies.

  • Xrays/imaging or further testing may be required after the initial consult to gain a more thorough understanding of your condition.

 

Repeat Consultation: 25-30 minute duration

 

Most paitents experience a significant decrease in acute symptoms over a 2-4 week course of treatment. Following this, rehabilitative care is encouraged as preventative health care

  • Advice and nutritional education

 

Custom made Orthotics

Chirodynamic in assocaition with The Orthotic Group supply custom made orthotics. The orthotics are cast in our clinic based on your individual needs.

Rehabilitation Consult: 20-30 minutes

 

During this consult we will develop a personalised rehabilition plan tailored to your abilities and needs. This program is aimed at restoring normal function and preventing recurring injury or damage. It is a home based program aimed at flexibitlity, mobility, stability and strength.

 

Massage Therapy: 30 or 60 minute sessions

 

Remedial Massage - alleviates the pain and discomfort from physical injury, strain or stress. It improves mobility, flexibility and facilitates the removal of toxins.

 

Deep tissue/Sports Massage - a massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue that may be strained during physical activity. Improved function means better performance.
